Melissa is one of the founding trustees. She is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Longley Asset Management which she established in 2004. Prior to that, she was a Director and Head of Advisory Fund Management at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank. Her career includes a decade with Lehman Brothers, and she is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Melissa has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Endometriosis UK and was previously involved in administration and fundraising projects as Honorary Secretary of MENCAP at a regional level. She has served two terms as a member of the Parochial Church Council of St Paul’s, Knightsbridge.
She is a Freeman of the City of London and is also a Freeman and on the Court of the Guild of Investment Managers, and served as Master of the Guild for 2022-2023.
