Anthony H Yadgaroff, MCSI
Anthony is the founder of Apex Investment Advisers which advises a number of Local Government Pension Schemes on over £100 billion of assets, specialising in Alternatives, Illiquid and Private Markets investments. Anthony was also the founder of Allenbridge Group which he set up in 1984 and had over 25,000 private clients when it was sold to Close Brothers in 2011. Anthony spent 13 years as a non-executive director of Anglo-Pacific Group PLC a London Listed Company and serves on the board of several charities and is the adviser to a number including the Maurice and Vivian Wohl Charity, Sarabande the Alexander McQueen Charity.Amos Dadzie
Amos is the Investment Operations Manager at EdenTree Investment Management. Prior to this, he was Head of Operations at Helikon Investments Limited. His 25-year career also includes roles at Redwheel (previously RWC Partners), JPMorgan Chase, and Bear Stearns. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Amos serves as Chair of Bedfont Primary School and is a coach at Twickenham Rugby Club. He is a member of the Guild of Investment Managers and a Freeman of the City of London.Tarandeep Panesar
Tarandeep was nominated by the Guild of Investment Managers and voted a trustee in May 2021. He is a Fixed Income Investment Specialist at Federated Hermes where he has worked since September 2015. He is committed to promoting charitable causes by supporting the charitable trust as its Treasurer, helping to build sustainable wealth to meet the charity’s commitments and progressing both the charity and the Guild to a higher status. He is also committed to advocating equality and mental wellbeing by being an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion and Mental Wellbeing Networks at Federated Hermes. Tarandeep is a member of the Guild of Investment Managers, and is a member of the Finance Committee.Virginia Salter
Ginny is an Independent Trustee. She is a retired commercial solicitor. Most of her working life was spent at British Telecom as a corporate and commercial lawyer dealing with a wide variety of both UK and international transactions and contracts, mainly for its international division. After a stint as BT Broadcast Services’ first sole dedicated lawyer, she became BT’s International Compliance Manager. She left BT in 2003 when the international division was sold and went back to work for 7 years in a part-time position dealing with London Underground’s PPP and PFI Contracts. Ginny is currently Chair of The Solicitors’ Charity (formerly known as the SBA). She is also Senior Warden Elect of The City of London Solicitors’ Company, and Vice Chair of that Company’s Charities, and Social Events, Committees. She is also a Committee member of the Association of Women Solicitors, London.Celia Soares
Celia is one of the founding trustees. Celia is a Client Portfolio Manager with Janus Henderson Ltd, a position she has held since 2023. She entered the industry in 2007 and has since held positions as a Client Portfolio Manager and an analyst in various capacities in other companies. Celia earned a BA degree in history from the University of Coimbra and a graduate diploma in international relations, as well as an MSc degree in international business from the University of London, Birkbeck College. She holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a member of the Guild of Investment Managers.Melissa Longley
Melissa is one of the founding trustees. She is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Longley Asset Management which she established in 2004. Prior to that, she was a Director and Head of Advisory Fund Management at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank. Her career includes a decade with Lehman Brothers, and she is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Melissa has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Endometriosis UK and was previously involved in administration and fundraising projects as Honorary Secretary of MENCAP at a regional level. She has served two terms as a member of the Parochial Church Council of St Paul’s, Knightsbridge. She is a Freeman of the City of London and is also a Freeman and on the Court of the Guild of Investment Managers, and served as Master of the Guild for 2022-2023.Andrew Bell
Andrew is one of the founding trustees. He is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Witan Investment Trust plc which he joined in 2010. Prior to that, he had worked in the City since 1987. He is the Chairman of the Diverse Income Trust plc, has been a director of a number of other investment trusts and was Chairman of the AIC from 2013-15. He was a Trustee (1996-2000) and Chairman of the BZW and CS Group UK Pension Schemes prior to leaving the Group to move into investment management in 2000. He is a member of the Guild of Investment Managers, is currently serving as Middle Warden to the Court, and is a Freeman of the City of London.Erik Berggren
Trustee Erik is a Swedish national and was nominated by the Guild of Investment Managers and voted a trustee in May 2021. Having moved to the UK after completing his military service in the Royal Swedish Horse Guards, he first worked in both consulting and TMT investment banking before joining a European private equity fund based in London. Erik also holds a first-class undergraduate degree from King’s College, London. He is a Freeman and (until recently) a long-term resident of the City of London. For many years he has also been a Trustee of the Anglo-Swedish Society, which is a UK charity that seeks to support students at e.g. Guildhall School of Music & Drama and The Royal Academy of Arts.Roberta Sanminiatelli
Roberta is an Italian and British national and became a trustee in January 2021. During her years at UBS, she took part in various initiatives to help younger members from disadvantaged backgrounds to understand what it takes to get a job in finance. After more than 20 years consulting Institutional Investors on Investment Banking research and then Independent Investment research, in 2019 she joined the CDP fundamental research team, to support the spinoff of the research and drive awareness of the TCFD aligned analysis done on the most exposed sectors to climate change. She has since been focusing all her interest on driving climate considerations in fundamental analysis. She currently works for SparkChange a startup focused on understanding financial liabilities arising because of the exposure to regulated carbon markets. She holds an MSc in International Economics, the CFA UK Level 4 Diploma in Investment Management (ESG), and the CFA Certificate in Climate and Investing. She is the chair of the Guild of Investment Managers’ Education Committee and a member of its Membership Committee. She is also an active member of Our Lady and St Joseph RC Church Finance Committee in Hackney.Investment Managers' Charitable Trust
